Position Summary

The media officer is responsible for the development and implementation of the Bank’s media Plan at all levels. This position is responsible for initiating, developing, driving and overseeing the implementation of media and promotional plans including advertising, designing graphics, websites, generating, editing audio and videos.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  1.   Maintain and manage all our social Media channels
  2.   Design Advertising Tools for the Bank, Such as: Boards, Banners, Brochures, Etc.
  3.   Design digital media campaigns according to bank goals (Website Design, Graphic Design)
  4.   Generate and edit photos, Videos and Audio
  5.   Publish and share Engaging content daily on Social Media (E.g. Text, Videos, photos and News.)
  6.   Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers
  7.   Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives
  8.   Responding to comments on each of our Accounts.
  9.   Overseeing Customer Services Provided Via Social Media.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  1.   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science or relevant Field. 
  2.   3 years of experience in Marketing & Digital Marketing.
  3.   Excellent Interpersonal, Communication and Public Speaking Skills.
  4.   Excellent computer skills especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Photoshop
  5.   Understanding of graphic design principles
  6.   Language proficiency in both written and oral English and Arabic is required.
  7.   Experience developing Social Media Strategies.
  8.   Scan Media Marketplace to keep up to date on the latest Media Trends.
  9.   Build long-term relationships with Media Influencers
  10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
